Strawberries…get your strawberries at this annual June festival. Strawberry pies, strawberry shortcake and fresh strawberries are the real draw to downtown Coldwater, but the wonderful crafter’s have handmade candles, jewelry, yard ornaments, furniture and more.
This 3-day event kicks off annually with fireworks and an opening ceremony, complete with door prizes and crowning of Polish Royalty. Polish food and music, a parade, a Polish wedding reception, crafts, talent show, car show, pancake breakfast, fishing tournament, truck pulls, Bingo and sports tournaments fill this weekend with events for the whole family.
Third Saturday in September
If you like apples…or even if you don’t you’ll love the AppleFest. In addition to baked goods, apples, cider and crafts, you’re bound to enjoy the people watching and the fabulous historic downtown shops and restaurants.
See snowmen masterpieces created by local clubs and organizations in downtown Coldwater. In addition to the snowmen, there will be live Wood Carvings on the 4 corners and Sled Dog presentations. There will be lots of activities for the kids at the Coach Eby Youth and Family Center. Don’t miss out on the Restaurant specials, a Soup/Chili Cook off, and Tibbits show at 7 p.m. Come downtown and watch the carvers, enjoy meeting up with friends, family and others in the community on what hopefully will be a bright and chilly January day. The festival runs from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
First Weekend in February

The pavilion will hold a craft show and great eats for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The popular polar bear splash is always a crowd pleaser. Please join us for a weekend of family fun!
